As our very first blog, we would like to share some exciting news about Lyric.  We recently received national news attention for our 24/7, natural sounding hearing aid.  Lyric, the world's first 100% invisible, 24/7 hearing device, was featured Monday morning, July 6 on ABC Television's Good Morning America.

GMA told the story of Claudia Cohen, a woman who did not want to wear a traditional hearing aid. Although she had been diagnosed with hearing loss 15 years ago, she was reluctant to get hearing aids because of her own perceptions of wearing hearing aids and her perception of what others would think of her.

“I know when I see somebody with a hearing aid, I tend to enunciate, I tend to speak loudly, I tend to deal with them as though they are impaired in some way,” says Cohen.  “For me to be wearing that hearing aid I thought for sure the days where anyone would look at me in some attractive way were over. You put these on and nobody sees it, nobody knows it.  Only you know it and I am now a part of that crystal clear world.”
