The Lyric Tell-A-Friend program is easy.  Simply follow these steps:

1. Fill out your information in the space provided on the Tell-A-Friend card. Click here to download it now!
2. Give this card to a friend interested in purchasing a Lyric Hearing subscription
3. Your friend should complete this form and give it to their Lyric Hearing provider when they purchase their Lyric subscription.
4. If your friend is prescribed the Lyric and they decide to purchase a subscription, you will be sent a coupon for $50 toward your next Lyric subscription renewal and your friend will  from their hearing professional $50 off their first Lyric purchase.

You can save $50 for every friend that completes the Tell-a-Friend card, is prescribed a Lyric and buys a Lyric subscription!
There is no cap on the number of friends you can refer.
